Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Please email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your items. Please do not send items without this authorization.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely, including the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure you receive your desired item promptly. If you prefer a direct exchange, please indicate this in your return request, and we will guide you through the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items and expedite your replacement.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please mark the package as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional customs fees. Refunds will be issued in US Dollars, which may result in slight variations due to exchange rate fluctuations.
